DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery Time
First trip delivery time is 10.30am
Last trip delivery time is 4.30pm
Out of the above delivery hours- There are additional charges. Price varies depends on location and delivery time. Kindly check with us.
Weekend & public holiday- Subject to availability of labor & lorry. There are additional charges. Price varies depends on location and delivery time. Kindly check with us.
Delivery Location & Lead Time
Delivery to Ground floor only. Otherwise, site must have lift to transport refrigerator. Delivery lead time may take longer during unforeseen circumstances and long holidays like Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, etc.
Within Klang Valley:
Ready stock item: 2-5 working days. Exclude weekends & public holiday.
Pre-order item: Delivery lead time refer to each product’s production speed.
West Malaysia Area:
Ready stock item: 1-2 weeks. Exclude weekends & public holiday.
Pre-order item: Delivery lead time refer to each product’s production speed.
Delivery by third party logistic company. Customer to get ready 2- 4 labors when receiving product
East Malaysia Area:
No delivery
REFUND POLICY
All deposits and payments made are not refundable.
Refund will be made if:
The company is unable to deliver the ordered product within the promised time frame. Refund will be processed within 4-5 working days after the confirmation.
Refund will not be made if:
Damage, dented, scratch during transportation by logistic company. Customer is advised to purchase own insurance if required.

Order Confirm

Cancellation of Order
Your order will be cancelled when :
a) We cannot get your confirmation within 24 hours after order made
b) We do not receive your payment or payment proof within 24 hours after order
made
